It is a World Heritage Building in Jerez, made up of eleven tourist apartments on three floors and totally reformed in 2019.
Situated in an unbeatable area of the city with in the Old Town, the Plaza del Arenal is near the main places of interest of the city where you can also find the best cuisine and cultural selection, all within walking distance.
An an homage to the land where we are, each of our apartments is called as a wine of aging in the Marco de Jerez. Each apartment, the same as each sherry, is unique and different. Know them all and decide what to try.
We find ourselves in the Old Town surrounded by centuries of history. Only a few meters away, one can find the most emblematic monuments, churches and bodegas of Jerez. The Plaza del Arenal has had a lot of different uses over the years. It started as an Andalusí Mussara, but as the years past, it has been a place of duels and battles, bullfighting, entertainment and games. Finally, from the year 1854, it is considered the heart of the city.
Wine culture is directly related to the history of our city. Our apartments will give you the knowledge you need about all the most important varieties of our world famous sherry. We have built these apartments putting together the two most characteristic concepts of our city: One the one hand, the historic concept, due to its location; and on the other hand, its wine.

When they say they are in the heart of Jerez they say it for real. We could never imagine that all the leisure, restaurants, bars, wineries, monuments and history that one looks as visitor, was just leaving the apartments building. We liked it so much. We will back without a doubt!
