Online reservations
The Apartamentos El Arenal online booking system allows you to make reservations in real time for any date during the current year, in accordance with the conditions established for this purpose.
In this application, it is essential to provide your credit card number, the cardholder’s name, and the expiration date to confirm your reservation. You are also required to provide your email address and contact telephone number so that we can send you any communications regarding the status of your reservation.
This system allows you to make reservations for the same day of arrival, subject to availability.
Reservation confirmation
The system will provide you with the details of your reservation, along with a reservation number, which must be used for any other transaction, query, or communication.
The booking confirmation provided by the system will be subject to validation of your credit card details by Apartamentos El Arenal. Consequently, if there are any errors in the credit card details provided, your booking will be canceled.
When you check “availability and price” and in the “booking confirmation,” the total amount for your stay, including taxes, will be displayed.
Modification, cancellation of reservations, and no-shows
Modifications can be made to a confirmed reservation as long as there is availability. The check-in or check-out date may be changed, and as a result, the rate and conditions may be automatically modified depending on the season (rate with free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival or non-refundable rate). Modifying a confirmed reservation within 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee for the first night of the stay, which will be charged to the card provided by the customer. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, Apartamentos El Arenal reserves the right to charge the total amount of the stay to the credit card provided by the customer.
Failure to arrive on the day of arrival at Apartamentos El Arenal, despite having a confirmed reservation through this system, will result in a no-show charge for the first night of the stay. In the event of a stay of more than one night, guests who do not arrive on the day of arrival will lose the right to enjoy the rest of the nights of their stay, and Apartamentos El Arenal may make those nights available for sale (even if they have already been charged).
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any cancellation fees.

Information security
All data provided by the user will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be used for the booking process at this establishment.
Interruption, inaccessibility, or system failure
Apartamentos El Arenal is not responsible for any interruption, inaccessibility, or failure of any other kind that may affect the operation of the system as a result of problems that may arise in any telecommunications service or other accessories outside this entity that are necessary for its operation.
General provisions
You must be at least 18 years old to perform any transaction.
The completion of any transaction implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
Apartamentos El Arenal reserves the right to demand the corresponding liabilities for the improper use of this system or failure to comply with the rules set out in these general conditions.
The user shall be solely responsible in the event that the service is used in a defective, partial, or erroneous manner, or in the event that someone operates on their behalf or for their account.
Apartamentos El Arenal reserves the right to cancel access to the reservation system for users who misuse it and fail to comply with the reservation policies.
For any disputes that may arise, the parties expressly waive their own jurisdiction and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Cádiz.
